Katy Gray has over 10 years of experience as an intellectual property paralegal. Katy assists domestic and international clients with all areas of trademark prosecution and maintenance, including portfolio management, preliminary trademark and common law searches, cost estimates, filings with the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office, and management of correspondence between clients, attorneys, and foreign associates. She is proficient in both domestic and foreign filing, including the Madrid Protocol.
Before joining the Intellectual Property, Technology, and Privacy Practice Group at Gray Plant Mooty, Katy was a paralegal at a worldwide IP management and technology company as well as other law firms. She is also a former co-chair of the Intellectual Property Sectional of the Minnesota Paralegal Association.
