Tamerah O. Mayer, MnCP
A Minnesota Certified Paralegal (MnCP), Tamerah Mayer has over 25 years’ experience in complex real estate law. Tamerah assists will all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, from acquisitions and sales to financing and zoning, and provides broad real estate support to a variety of practice groups including real estate litigation, trust and estates, and corporate and business. She has extensive experience with county records research, title review and title claims, commercial leasing review and drafting, and real estate oriented litigation/Torrens proceedings—including boundary disputes, mortgage priority issues, quiet title actions, and Torrens title/boundary registration/proceedings subsequent.
Tamerah spent her first 10 years at a general practice law firm and title insurance company where she gained a broad foundation in the law and real estate title. More recently she worked as a senior right-of-way agent managing acquisition and conditional use/DNR/Corps of Engineer permitting for a major utility company’s transmission lines/wind generators.
